Everyone loves it... the glossy gelatin layer on the exterior tasted like the jelly on old school cake in neighbourhood in a goof nostalgic way. Pistachio was fragrant but not overly sweet. Came with a crunch waffles kinda base which was a good addition to the cake texture. Best part is the Raspberry center which was sourish and kinda like sorbet. Looking forward to try their other cakes.
1 month later, we bought the strawberry cake, it was good as well. Cake wasn't sweet but light and refreshing. Strawberries filling in the center was delicious but makes the cutting of the cake abit tedious. Packaging was exquisite.
