Chef Owner Kristina is passionate about authentic French pastry techniques. She honed her skills at the prestigious French Lenôtre Culinary Institute, graduating with flying colours under the mentorship of Meilleur Ouvrier de France and World Pastry Champion, Franck Michel.

Kristina expertly combines the essence of French pastry with the art of Chinese confections, resulting in 'Aimer La Patisserie' (which means 'Love's Pastry' in French). Each artisanal bake, crafted without preservatives, is elegantly packaged and often graces significant celebrations as cherished gifts, spreading love and joy.
